Shipping and Returns
- Shipping: At Baking Treasures Bake Shop orders are shipped with USPS and UPS for international shipping. Orders are shipped from the beautiful sunny Carlsbad Ca. Each order comes with up to $50 in insurance in case your order is received damaged. In that case we would encourage you to please contact me right away with proof of the damage and an insurance claim will be filed with USPS. Refund from USPS will take between 7-10 business days.
- Processing Your Order: We pride ourselves on getting your orders out as quickly as possible. Unfortunately due to COVID-19 there is a 3 to 4 day preparing before your order is sent out. Once it has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to track your package. Please note we DO NOT ship over the weekends.
- Lost Orders: If you have checked your tracking information and it states it has been delivered and you have not received it, please call or visit your local post office. Once we have dropped off your order at the post office, I no longer have control of your package. It is now in the hands of USPS. If you for some reason you need to reach them by phone, their phone number is 1-800-275-8777.
- Please note Baking Treasures Bake Shop is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
- Baking Treasures Bake Shop can not be held responsible for an address that was provided incorrectly on your order,
- No Refunds will be issued if the package has not been recovered.
- Canceled Orders: Canceled orders are subjected to a 20% restocking fee. If an order is canceled after it has been shipped We will reach out to cancel the order with the USPS. We also reserve the right to refuse any orders that are made by customers who have canceled orders that have been shipped in the passed.
- Returns: ALL SALES ARE FINAL! All products sold at Baking Treasures Bake Shop are items related to food and thus cannot be returned.
- If you have any questions in regards to measurements, please ask before completing your purchase.
Incorrect Item Sent: If you happened to receive an incorrect item, please kindly take a photo and email us at email@example.com and the correct item will be shipped out to you.
