Shipping
At Baking Treasures Bake Shop, we ship all orders via USPS and offer UPS for international shipments. Orders are sent from the beautiful and sunny Carlsbad, California. Each order includes up to $50 in insurance to cover damage during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with proof of the damage (photos). An insurance claim will be filed with USPS, and refunds will be processed directly by USPS within 7–10 business days.
Processing Your Order
We take pride in preparing and shipping your orders as quickly as possible! However, please allow 3–4 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
- Priority Shipping: If you select Priority Shipping, please include the date you need your order in the notes section at checkout to ensure timely delivery.
- Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor your package.
- Weekend Shipping: Please note, we do not ship orders over the weekend.
Returned-to-Sender Packages
If your package is returned to us by the carrier (due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from the post office):
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees will not be refunded.
- Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee may be charged for the returned items.
- If you wish to have the package re-shipped, additional shipping fees will apply.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout to avoid any issues.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it:
- First, check with your local post office or USPS carrier.
- If necessary, contact USPS Customer Service at 1-800-275-8777 for further assistance.
Important Notes:
- Once your order is handed over to USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package’s delivery.
- Baking Treasures Bake Shop is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
- If the shipping address provided at checkout is incorrect, we are not responsible for undelivered packages, and refunds will not be issued if the package cannot be recovered.
Canceled Orders
- Canceled orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- If an order has already shipped before cancellation, we will contact USPS to attempt to cancel the shipment.
- We reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers who have a history of canceling orders that have already shipped.
Returns
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the nature of our products, which are food-related, we cannot accept returns. If you have any questions about product measurements or specifications, please contact us before completing your purchase.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please email us at bakingtreasuresbakesshop@gmail.com with a photo of the incorrect item. We will promptly send out the correct product to you.
